To construct a six-storey, 81-unit apartment building with two levels of underground parking. Proposed variances include to increase the permitted density from 1.85 FAR to 2.46 FAR; increase lot coverage from 55% to 59-75% (range); reduce setback of northern property line; and siting exceptions to the parking structure.
